Alta, currently pursuing her Professional Master’s Diploma in Sexology, brings a blend of scientific insight and compassionate education to the world of intimate wellness.
Louise, an International Intimacy Coach and TRE® facilitator, offers a deeply intuitive and trauma-informed approach to body-led healing.
Together, they are also certified Kegel exercise coaches, empowering individuals to strengthen their
pelvic health and confidence.
